moments when they talk about what mcr means to them
gerard: to us, it’s the greatest band in the world. and that’s all that matters to us and it’s always been that way. it’s been that way since the first practice, through the good times the bad times, everything. through the rough schedules and the no sleep. it’s still the greatest band to us. so, um, we’re in a band that’s much more than a band. and I don’t think a lot of people get to do that. we can be whatever we want we can play whatever we want we can sing about whatever we want. and we can be extremely creative doing it, because we’ve never given an explanation or an apology for being the way we are.
