Sometimes you see a really great photo and you just want to draw it. In this case it was one of young Frank Iero. The logos on his jacket are some of his many many tattoos. The pumpkin was his first as he was born on Halloween. I love his birds hip tats, esspecially the devil one. I put on his old band Pency Prep too, who he was in before MCR. Who were really good. The badly drawn ghost (my hand was getting tired 😭) is his own creation Boozey. Which has a funny origin as apparently Gerard was pitching Umbrella Academy to Dark Horse. And Frank crashed the meeting drunk and said he can make his own pitch and drew Boozey over Gerards pitch. The lyrics (oh god please ignore my handwriting) are from his more recent Frank Iero and the Celebration era. He’s a talented man.
Was trying to go for a realistic but not quite style. Don’t know if it works but it’s muh style 😅
